MODIFY OFFICER SALARIES
RESOLVED, that the salaries of the officers of the Corporation be adjusted as follows,
effective immediately:
President from $ [Old Amount] to [New Amount]
Vice President from $ [Old Amount] to $ [New Amount]
Treasurer from $ [Old Amount] to $ [New Amount]
Secretary from $ [Old Amount] to $ [New Amount]
And that said salaries remain in force until further action by this board.
